WHEEL GRADE CA 80 TB Very fine, burr-free precision cutting & slotting on aluminium, brass, bronze, copper, fiberglass, high density plastics and composites.  1" - 2" diameter Reinforced wheels WHEEL GRADE A 60 TBF2 Reinforced for added strength / Very fine, burr-free cutting on stainless steel, thin-wall tubing and high-tensile alloys. WHEEL GRADE C 60 TBF2 Reinforced for added strength / Very fine, burr-free cutting on aluminum, brass, bronze, copper, fiberglass, high-density plastics and composites. These wheels are the most commonly used grades for a variety of typical applications. They have been proven over the years to be generally appropriate and cost effective for common uses. You may benefit from a more precisely engineered formulation and configuration for your specific application. Magnum has the experience & technology to provide you with the perfect cutting or grinding wheel for your application. These wheels are also available in silicon carbide (C), and silicon carbide / aluminum oxide blend (CA) grades. Other sizes available. NOTE: The use of any type 1 wheel with a right angle grinder requires flat, recessed mounting flanges. Check with your tool manufacturer for availability. NOTE: Always use a high quality mandrel. Magnum mandrels are precision machined from solid steel and hardened. NOTE: These wheels are for cut-off uses only. Avoid all side loads. 2" - 5" diameter wheels For Cutting Steel WHEEL GRADE A 24 TBF Fast, aggressive cutting / Long wheel life on steel, iron & ferrous metals. WHEEL GRADE A 36 TBF2 Fast cutting / good wheel life on stainless steel, structural steel & ferrous metals. WHEEL GRADE A 46 TBF2 Smooth finish / Minimum burr cutting on alloys, stainless, hardened sheet steel. WHEEL GRADE A 60 TBF2 Fine finish cutting / Burr-free cutting on thin-wall tubing, light dimension structural steel. NOTE: Blue part numbers indicate wheels that are especially designed for use with right-angle grinders.  3" - 4" diameter wheels For Cutting Non-Ferrous Metals, Aluminum & Composites WHEEL GRADE C 24 TBF2 - Fast, aggressive cutting / Long wheel life on aluminum, brass, bronze & non-ferrous metals WHEEL GRADE C 36 TBF2 - Fast cutting / Good wheel life on aluminum, brass, bronze, ferrous & non-ferrous metals.
